Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Assess clients’ insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Explain insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits clearly to clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes
- Process insurance applications and handle client documentation accurately
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with team members and support staff to optimize sales processes
- Community marketing: events and lead generation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Valid insurance license: Property and Casualty, Life and Health
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills by telephone and in-person
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
